Flows

Structured automation built per agent.

Flows let you define guided logic for an agent beyond a single free-form chat turn. Each agent can have multiple flows with statuses such as draft, published, and archived.

When to use flows

Use flows for repeatable journeys: qualification questions, troubleshooting trees, or scripted handoffs. Keep branching readable and test after publishing.

Lifecycle

Create a flow, edit it in the flow editor, then publish when ready. Archive flows you no longer want active but might reference later. Deletion may be available for permanent removal—confirm before deleting production flows.

Permissions

Managing flows requires settings-level access on that agent (typically owner or admin for that agent). Read-only team members may not see Flows in the sidebar.
