Widget analytics

Loads, opens, messages, and engagement over time.

Analytics (under the agent) reports how visitors interact with the website widget: impressions, opens, closes, messages sent and received, conversation starts and ends, and derived metrics such as conversion-style rates.

What it measures

Telemetry is tied to widget sessions on your site—not necessarily to third-party integrations, which have their own surfaces. Use it to answer questions like whether people open the widget, how often they send messages, and how volumes trend day to day.

Time ranges and charts

Pick a reporting window that matches your campaign or release. Charts show trends so you can correlate changes (new embed placement, pricing page update, appearance refresh) with behavior.

Practical use

  • After changing Widget Appearance or embed placement, watch opens and messages for regressions or improvements.
  • Compare periods before and after knowledge updates to see if conversation starts shift.

Limits

Extreme traffic may hit usage or plan limits elsewhere in the product; analytics helps you spot growth before you reach those ceilings.
