Review before you scale
Before marketing campaigns or embedding on high-traffic pages, confirm:
- Agent or message limits for your tier.
- Which integrations are included versus add-on.
- Whether your AI model choices require an upgrade.
Upgrading and add-ons
When you upgrade a plan or purchase an integration add-on, the checkout flow should show proration and recurring totals. Read the confirmation step carefully so you know the next invoice impact.
Canceling add-ons
Canceling an integration add-on typically removes renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid period. Follow in-product messaging when disconnecting channels.
Free plan notes
Some capabilities (for example widget branding) may be fixed on the free package. The product will state when an option is unavailable until you upgrade.
