Agent Overview

The home screen for each agent—status, stats, and shortcuts.

The Overview page is the dashboard for a single agent. It is not where you edit long-form AI instructions (that lives under Settings > AI Model); instead, it summarizes health and activity.

Status and shortcuts

You will see whether the website widget is active or disabled, the agent name and description, and quick actions into Chat and Settings.

Stat tiles

Typical tiles include Conversations, Messages, Documents, Websites, and FAQs. These link into the Chat inbox or the relevant Resources pages so you can drill down quickly.

Recent conversations

A list of the latest threads shows who was chatting and which channel was used when that information is available. Open View All to work in the full Chat inbox.

Persona, tone, and boundaries

To shape how the assistant speaks and what it must avoid, use Settings > AI Model (response style, system behavior, and related options). Keep Resources aligned with those instructions so answers stay factual.
